little bit about me

I started skijumping when I was 5 years old. I have three brothers that also did skijumping and when I wanted to be one of the guys I also had to put on the skies and join them. When I was 16 I was determined to move to Lillehammer to start at the Norwegian Top Sports Gymnasium. After living and training three years in Lillehammer I liked it so well that I have been living there ever since. I joined Lillehammerhopp (Lillehammer Jumping Team) after finishing high school and have been a part of that team since 2003.

I competed in my first international competetition already in the age of 14. Then I participated in the Ladies Grand Prix, as it was called at that time. The last competition of that tour was a trial-World Championship for ladies in Ramsau during the World Championships there in 1999. I have been a part of the girls team in Norway since then and a few years later we finally got our own national team. I have also been a part of that team since it started. In 2009 I finally got to participate in an official World Championship for ladies in Liberec. It didn't go quite as I dreamed of, but a 9th place is a fair result.

In 2003, when I finished NTG, I became a student at Lillehammer College. I have been studying there ever since. I have one Bachelor Degree in Economics and Administration, one Bachelor Degree in Management and Organizing, one years studying of Law and I will hopefully complete my Masters Degree of Inovation and Commerce-development in the spring of 2011. My skills will mainly be within the managing-area. My dream-job is to work as some sort of managment with people and in different processes of development.
